Flossie Pops’ Workshops at our studio in Sissinghurst are a fun and relaxed way to learn more about cake decorating.


We run sessions for both adults and children.  Cupcake workshops are 2 1/2 hours long and you decorate 6 cupcakes on a theme. We also run full day celebration cake and Christmas cake workshops. For dates and booking, please click the link below to go to our shop.

Birthday Parties

Suitable for approximately ages 9+, Flossie Pops parties can be hosted in our studio in Sissinghurst for up to 10 children.  You get to decorate 4 cupcakes on an agreed theme, followed by birthday tea and an extra treat for every child to take home.  Alternatively, we can come to you and spend an hour and half creating treats at your kitchen table .  All materials and tools provided.

Bespoke Classes

Do you want to learn how to layer and finish a birthday cake? Make cake pops? Perfect your macarons or pipe a perfect cupcake?

Bespoke one-to-one tuition is available from £75
on a subject of your choice.

Corporate Days

I can come and provide a half-day team building session at your office for up to 8 people at a time. Learn a new skill, be creative, communicate with your team or reward performance all during office hours! All materials and tools provided.
